How can I get on the weekly menu distribution list?
Send us an email requesting to be added to our list to email@example.com. You will be added and will receive an email every Wednesday with a follow up reminder to order. You can always opt out if you would like.
What do I need to do to sign up as a customer?
Easy, please email us your delivery address, phone number, email address, special delivery instructions (i.e. doorman, walkup, leave at doorstep, etc). Also, let us know what special dietary needs you have, i.e. nut allergies, particular likes or dislikes. We record this in your account so we can prepare your orders accordingly.
When and how do I get a menu?
Every Wednesday you will receive two menus by email, one for our regular meal options and a second one for our Paleo Meal plan program.
How do I order?
Order by email, from the weekly menu choose any three items and sides you wish and send us an email to indicating the dishes you have chosen. A brief description or you can copy paste the items.
By when do I need to order?
Please order by Wednesday at 3:00pm. Because we don’t carry inventory and buy fresh ingredients for all orders, we ask by this time so we can have sufficient time to source the correct amount of ingredients.
Can I ask for special requests in my orders?
Yes, if you are allergic to any ingredient, require less sodium or simply dislike an ingredient please let us know on your order or when we sign you up as a customer. Special requests are noted and going forward all your orders will follow your instructions.
Can I order from a previous menu?
Please send us your request, we make every effort to accommodate. If we don’t have enough ingredients or the ability to supply it we will let you know right away so you can make a change in your order.
What are delivery days & times?
Two delivery options Sunday mornings from 8:00am - 12:00pm or Monday mornings from 8:00am – 12:00pm Depending on the day you choose and location, you will be given a set time between the hours indicated.
(Please inquire about your personal delivery window or special requests).
How can I pay?
You can pay by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa Masterdcard AMEX Discover ).
Can you deliver to my doorstep or doorman?
Yes, please indicate this when we set up your account. Or with your order please let us know.
How does my order come packaged?
Your order is delivered in a cardboard box, that helps insulate. All meals come in a recyclable containers, individually labeled ready to be placed in your refrigerator.
What if I would need or prefer a cooler with my delivery?
Yes we can deliver in a cooler, we request a $20 set up fee for this option. We deliver your first order in an iced cooler, then every delivery after you would leave the empty cooler with your doorman or doorstep.
Is there any preparation needed for the food prior to serving?
No, you reheat (if needed) and serve. If there are any special heating or baking instruction, these will be noted on the containers label.
What do I do with the delivery box and containers?
They are yours to keep, unless you like to recycle them by returning them to us. We don't reuse containers or boxes, we do sort and send to recyling.
Can I give a meal order as a gift?
Yes, they make great gifts! Just let us know the number of weeks you would like order, contact information of the recipient so we can forward a menu and establish a delivery time.
