Bao Bun Steamer Basket

The trick to perfect bao buns is to steam them just before serving.  While the filling is heating, place a pot on the stove with this basket inside and add water to just below the bottom of the basket.  You want to be sure not to get the Bao Buns wet or they will disentegrate... carefully place the bao buns upright on the steamer basket, cover the pot with a tight fitting lid then turn on the burner and heat untilt he water boils.  Once boiling the buns will steam in about 3-4 min.  Carefully remove the basket bu the little handle in the middle (don't wet the buns) and serve. Perfection!
