Beef Pot Roast & Mashed Potatoes
My fave cold weather meal! Chuck roast braised with house made beef stock, herbs, onions and garlic alongside baby potatoes and market carrots until fall apart tender. Sent with chunky mashed potatoes for serving and enjoying all the yummy juices. Slow braising gives this dish such a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients
Chuck roast, beef stock, onion, garlic, potato, roasted onion stock, thyme, rosemary, carrots, potatoes, celery.
Red potatoes, butter, cream, salt, white pepper.
