For this yummy new bowl we slow braise organic chicken breast and peppers with soy, lime and ginger in our house made peanut sauce. It’s a little salty, rich and a little sweet. Served over jasmine rice with peanuts, fresh lime and cilantro. Such a yummy Spring lunch... full of protein and very satisfying!
