Chicken Taco Meatballs with White Queso!
These chicken meatballs are crazy good! We put all the yummy flavors of a chicken taco into the meatballs! They are made with organic white meat ground chicken, a little mild house made salsa verde & cornmeal so you get all the yummy pops of flavor in the meatball. On the side we send our house made white queso dip for serving and yummy green veggie Mexican rice (green Mexican rice with extra veggies: zucchini cubs and fresh corn). This will be a new favorite!
