Chickpeas & Kale in Arrabiata Sauce with Fresh Penne
Chickpeas, fresh market kale, fennel & herbs in a spicy pomodoro sauce. So yum.. I have this for lunch at least twice a week. We send it with ready to boil Rafetto's fresh penne pasta and a spring mix salad with shallot dressing. YUM! (Want this GF? Ask to sub rice for the penne pasta)
Ingredients
Extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, whole peeled Italian tomatoes, fresh fennel, fennel seeds, crushed red pepper, kosher salt, Tuscan kale, chickpeas, basil, marjoram, Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh egg penne, mixed greens, radish, shallot, cider vinegar, honey, thyme.
