I think lemon pepper is a very under utilized seasoning!  Bright lemon plus black pepper is so good.  Here we toss salmon bites with a little lemon pepper and extra virgin olive oil and bake.  Simple and so yum.   1.5lbs of salmon. So yum for building a bowl.
