Grandma Jan’s Bolognese with Spaghetti
A light version of a classic...this recipe was given to my mom by a neighbor when we lived in Naples, Italy. Grass fed beef, garlic, onion, oregano and basil with San Marzano tomatoes. Simple but so good.
Served with Rummo spaghetti and a Cesar salad.

INGREDIENTS
Extra lean ground beef, canned San Marzano tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh onion, basil, oregano, salt & pepper.
Rummo Pasta.
Romine Lettuce, mayo, anchovies, dijon mustard, worchestershire sauce tabasco, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper.
