Italian Penicillin Soup

Italian Penicillin Soup is a comforting, simple broth-based soup featuring tiny pasta (pastina) and a rich base from mirepoix (onion, carrots, celery) and Parmesan rind, designed to soothe and heal, much like antibiotics! We use our house made slow simmered chicken bone broth and send the fully cooked pastina on the side in a little broth to add to the soup. 32oz.

The soup can be frozen in the container it is delivered in for a month. Always have extra tomato soup on hand for those late night Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup cravings! And remember, we use NO SUGAR in our soups... so much better than canned!
