Lasagna alla Vodka
This is a labor of love but so worth it! First we make a traditional Bolognese with beef and veal, carrots, etc and slow simmer that for hours. Then we make our slow roasted in the oven vodka sauce. Then we par boil fresh Rafetto's lasagna sheets. When we have all these amazing components we layer the two sauces with the noodles and plenty of mozzarella. The results are amazing! On the side we send a little extra vodka sauce for serving and mixed greens with garlic dressing.
You really need....
I love to eat lasagna in pasta bowls.... that way the extra sauce doesn't run all over the plate! Here are a couple of my absolute obsessions...
