Mexico City Style Carne Molida
My father-in-law's recipe for the best carne molida ever. Tender beef simmered with a tiny bit of fresh tomato, oregano & broth. Sent with whole black beans, whole simered jalapenos and ortillas. These are not really tacos... the key is to tear the tortilla into 4 pieces and 'scoop' the beef & beans into the tortilla and eat it with a bite of the jalapeno. So addicting!
