Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas with Queso

These are one of my all time favorite things! 10 inch flour tortillas filled with sauteed steak, peppers and onions with a little cheese to hold it all together... on the side, our yummy homemade queso dip! Addicting! 5 pc

To Heat:
I recommend heating these on the stovetop on a pan with a little butter to make them crisp up just a little. Alternatively you could preheat a pizza stone in the oven and brush a little butter on each side and heat in the oven for 10 min or so. Yum! The queso dip can heat on the stovetop or microwave.
