I just made these for brunch and had to share... they are an amazing brunch, lunch or vegetarina dinner choice! Home made masa stuffed with refried pinto beans and Oaxaca cheese and cooked on the griddle. To reheat, I HIGHLY recommend doing so on the stovetop in a pan with just a little olive oil, about 5 min per side. They will be juat a little crispy on the outside, warm, gooey and cheezy on the inside. Top with the included lettuce, crema, salsa roja, avocado and pico de gallo. YUM!!
