Beef Short Rib Ramen
I have been waiting for Fall for this one! With our made-fresh-for-us ramen noodles, house made stock and short ribs this is a true Fall Favorite! We start this ramen with 12 hour rich simmered home made beef stock then add a little miso, kombu & mushrooms to make a super flavorful broth. Then we sear and braise boneless beef short ribs and send them for topping the ramen. We send it with all the toppings: bok choy, pickled red chiles, green onion & cilantro. SO YUM!
**Note: This dish is so special because we make the beef broth in house from grass fed beef, herbs and veggies... there is an ABSOLUTE difference in flavor, texture, color and viscosity of home made stock and with this dish you will taste the difference. No MSG, no fake stuff!
