Roasted Salmon with Pine Nut Salsa
Salmon filets simply roasted and sent with the best ever pine nut salsa — made with briny capers, green olives, currants, fresh herbs, and lemon. On the side we send roasted cauliflower... the little caramelized browned bits on the edges of the roasted cauliflower go so well with the salmon and salsa. This would also be super yummy with some lemony risotto from our veggie sides section.

Dried currants, salmon fillets, olive oil, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, celery stalks and celery leaves, pine nuts, brined capers, caper brine, green olives, saffron threads, fresh parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, onion, chicken stock, butter, arborio rice, parmesan.
