Smokey Chicken Ramen
This recipe was sort of an accident. One night I suddenly remembered I had company coming for dinner and we had been at the kitchen all day and had not prepared... so I grabbed what I could find: yummy chicken stock, ramen noodles and leftover sauce from our Red Chicken Enchiladas. When I got home and threw it all togther with some shredded chicken it was delicious and instantly became the only ramen I make at home! The broth is rich, a little smokey, a little tomato-y and dense with flavor. We send the yummy soup full of chicken with ready to boil ramen noodles and fun toppings: cabbage, radish and cilantro. We don't send the egg.... soft boil some to add if you wish. With fresh orange segments.
