White Bean Chicken Tortilla Soup
Cozy and delicious chicken tortilla soup made extra creamy thanks to blended white beans! There’s no cream or dairy in this flavorful enchilada chicken soup, just wonderful veggies, lots of protein and warming spices. Sent with crispy tortilla strips, jalapeno and avocado for serving. On the side, simple cheese quesadillas (to make this GF ask for corn tortillas for the quesadillas at check out.)
