We create a new menu each week based on time of year and what is in peak season
Great meals come from great recipes and the best ingredients will make the simplest recipe taste delicious. We make every effort to use fresh organic ingredients, free-range chicken eggs, hormone free meats, grass fed beef, unprocessed sugars and salts. Our ingredients come from the best suppliers in the Tri State area.

If you would like to be part of our weekly menu distribution list, simply sign up for free to become a member. We email and post on our website the weekly menu every Wednesday afternoon. Our menu consists of fresh new recipes as well as classic dishes, vegetarian items, and snacks that remain on our menu for several weeks.

We deliver in Manhattan, Brooklyn, NYC, LIC, Astoria, Hamptons, and Westchester. Also, to select areas of Long Island City, Queens, Southern Connecticut, and New Jersey. Click here to view current delivery dates and times based on area. We make every effort to accommodate your request and a delivery time will be set for you. We can deliver to your doorman or to your door whenever possible. Please note: Delivery drivers do not deliver directly to apartment doors in some circumstances. Our goal is to make sure all customers receive their boxes quickly and food is delivered fresh. Thank you for your understanding.

Our meal options are designed to simplify your life with healthy and delicious ready to heat and eat meals. Meals are designed to stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 Days or in the freezer up to a month (note: not all items can be frozen). They are individually packaged and labeled with special heating instructions when necessary.
