Chicken Provençale Lasagna
An elevated take on chicken lasagna! We use Julia Childs' recipe for Provencale tomato sauce which is a tomato sauce with onions, garlic and basil, raised high with a perfumed whiff of orange peel and coriander seed. Crazy pop of flavor! We layer the sauce with Rafetto's fresh lasagna noodles with organic shredded chicken breast, fresh sauteed spinach, mozzarella and a sprinkle of feta. On the side, a Spring veggie salad with an approproate French shallot & thyme vinaigrette.
Ingredients
Fresh egg lasagna noodles, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, tomato, Italian sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, egg, parsley, parmesan, ciabatta, garlic, butter, EVOO, salt, pepper.
Best way to reheat the veggies...
Toss them in an air fryer at 350 for 5-6 min. They will be crispy on the outside, soft in the midde! Every air frywr is different so test yours and add a little time if needed. You will become addicted to veggies made in the air fryer. The one below is my favorite that I use at home.
