Fish & 'Chips' with Mushy Peas
Beer batter fried cod, little roasted potatoes, mushy peas & tartar sauce. So yum. This dish is exceptional if you heat the fish and potatoes in the oven... 350 for 15 min and they will crisp right up.

cod, flour, baking powder, beer, peas, butter, baby potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper

Poblano peppers, neutral oil, boneless pork shoulder (or butt), tomatillos, white onion, serrano peppers, garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, chicken broth, cilantro, lime, diced white onion (for topping), minced cilantro (for topping), radishes, lime wedges
