Grandma Jan’s Bolognese with Spaghetti
A light version of a classic...this recipe was given to my mom by a neighbor when we lived in Naples, Italy. Organic ground beef, garlic, onion, oregano and basil with San Marzano tomatoes. Simple but so good.
Sent with Rummo spaghetti (ready to boil) and a Caesar salad.
