I am newly obsessed with ramps and thery are everywhere at the Green Market! Last night I made a ramp pesto by sauteeing the whites of the ramps and pureeing them with toasted pistachios, fresh basil, garlic and parmesan. Here we toss that amazing pesto with ground lamb, pasta, green peas and spinach for a crazy good mid-day snack/lunch.
