Roasted Cauliflower & Broccoli
Add more veggies to the table! Each is sent in a 28oz container.
We brush broccoli & cauliflower with a little olive oil then quickly roast at high heat to begin to caramelize the natural sugars in the veggies.
We purposely under cook this so you can reheat it to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend heating in an air fryer. You will get caramelized crispiness on the outside and soft creaminess on the inside. Once you have tried air fryer veggies you will be hooked! And what could possily be more healthy?!?!

Organic broccoli, olive oil, salt & pepper. Aioli: mayo, fresh garlic, fresh lemon zest
