Shrimp & Broccoli
Simple, great ingredients make the best meals! Here we stir fry jumbo shrimp and white onion then simmer them with a combination of soy, ginger, sesame and mirin. We add in the steamed broccoli and yum! On the side, steamed Japanese short grain rice and wasabi tamari for serving (the wasabi tamari adds a nice kick and is totally addicting!).
