Supremes de Volaille Aux Champignons
The last time we were in Paris I became obsessed with this meal and ordered it too many times! My favorite had the addition of a tiny bit of dijon to the sauce and it made the flavors pop... so I bring you that version here. On the side of these yummy chicken breasts in a white wine mushroom sauce we send crisp green beans. Some mashed potatoes from our veggie sides section would also be delicious with this!
Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, butter, shallots, fresh mushrooms, chicken demi glace, white vermouth, dijon, whipping cream, freshly minced parsley. Green beans.
